The company says that it can produce about 2 lakh doses of antibodies within a month. For this approval, the company has applied to the Food and Drug Administration of America (FDA).   Sorrento President and CEO Henry G. stated, 'Our STI-1499 antibody has shown exceptional therapeutic potential and once approved it can save a lot of life from its use. Let us know that so far 4,720,196 cases of corona virus have been reported in the whole world and 313,220 people have died.      

Kovid-19 has caused an outcry all over the world. Amid the Corona crisis, US-based company Sorrento Therapeutics has claimed to have found a cure for Kovid-19. In the US, California company Sorrento Therapeutics has claimed to have produced an antibody called 'STI-1499', which eradicates the corona virus. The company has found out from the Petri dish experiment that the STI-1499 antibody is 100 percent capable of preventing corona virus from spreading corona infection in human cells. 

Explain that SARS-Cove-2 is believed to be responsible for the Kovid-19 epidemic. Significantly, this is not the first time that someone has claimed to have made the Corona virus vaccine, before Israel and Italy also claimed that they had made the vaccine.

पूरी दुनिया में कोविड-19 ने हाहाकार मचा दिया है। कोरोना संकट के बीच अमेरिका स्थित कंपनी सोरेंटो थेराप्यूटिक्स ने दावा किया है कि उसने कोविड-19 का इलाज ढूंढ निकाला है। अमेरिका में कैलिफोर्निया की कंपनी सोरेंटो थेराप्यूटिक्स ने दावा किया है कि उसने 'STI-1499' नाम की एंटीबॉडी तैयार की है, जो कोरोना वायरस को खत्म कर देता है। कंपनी को पेट्री डिश एक्सपेरिमेंट से पता चला है कि STI-1499 एंटीबॉडी कोरोना वायरस को इंसानों की कोशिकाओं में कोरोना के संक्रमण को फैलने से 100 फीसदी रोकने में सक्षम है। 

बता दें कि सार्स-कोव-2 को कोविड-19 महामारी के लिए जिम्मेदार माना जाता है। गौरतलब है कि यह पहली बार नहीं है जब किसी ने कोरोना वायरस की वैक्सीन बनाने का दावा किया हो, इससे पहले इजरायल और इटली ने भी दावा किया था कि उन्होंने इसका टीका बना लिया है। 

शुक्रवार को आए शोध के नतीजों से पता चला कि कंपनी के एंटीबॉडी STI-1499 ने बहुत कम एंटीबॉडी खुराक पर ही कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को पूरी तरह से बेअसर कर दिया, जिससे यह आगे के परीक्षण और विकास के लिए एक अहम हो गया है। शुरुआती बायो केमिकल और बायो फिजिकल विश्लेषण भी संकेत देते हैं कि STI-1499 एक संभावित मजबूत एंटीबॉडी दवा है। एंटीबॉडी-केंद्रित बायोफार्मास्युटिकल कंपनी का मुख्यालय ने कहा जो कैलिफोर्निया के सैन डिएगो में है।

कंपनी का दावा है कि वह इस दवा को तैयार करने, मंजूरी लेने और लोगों के लिए उपलब्ध कराने के लिए दिन रात मेहनत कर रही है। कंपनी का कहना है कि वह एक महीने के भीतर एंटीबॉडी के लगभग 2 लाख डोज तैयार कर सकती है। इसकी मंजूरी के लिए कंपनी ने अमेरिका के फूड एण्ड ड्रग एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन यानी एफडीए के पास आवेदन दिया है। 

सोरेंटो के अध्यक्ष और सीईओ हेनरी जी ने कहा, 'हमारी एसटीआई -1499 एंटीबॉडी ने असाधारण चिकित्सीय क्षमता दिखाई है और इसकी मंजूरी मिलने के बाद इसके प्रयोग से काफी जिंदगियां बच सकती हैं। बता दें कि पूरी दुनिया में अब तक कोरोना वायरस के 4,720,196 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं और 313,220 लोगों की मौतें हो चुकी हैं।
